Terms of service.

These are the working terms for projects with Avesta Digital ("we", "us"). They're written to be read, not to trap anyone. Your project proposal always takes precedence if anything differs.

Quotes & pricing

• Website builds are fixed-price, agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise extras.
• Payment is in three milestones: kickoff, design approval, and launch.
• Care plans and marketing retainers are monthly, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Timelines

Standard builds run four weeks from kickoff, provided we receive content, feedback and approvals within the agreed windows. If a delay is on our side, the timeline moves at no cost to you.

What you own

Once the final invoice is paid, you own your website — design, copy written for you, and your domain. If you leave, we hand everything over cleanly.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every project. If, after our agreed revision process, you're still not satisfied with the final result, we'll refund your investment. We'd rather return your money than hand over something you don't love. (Care plans and marketing retainers are simply cancellable, so no refund is ever needed there.)

What we're responsible for

• Delivering the scope agreed in your proposal, to a professional standard.
• Fixing bugs we introduced, free of charge, for 30 days after launch.

What we're not responsible for

• Guaranteed rankings or a specific number of leads — we build for conversion and share real published benchmarks, but no honest agency can promise outcomes.
• Third-party services (hosting providers, booking tools, CRMs) changing their pricing or features.

The free audit

The free website audit is genuinely free and carries no obligation. It's yours to keep whether or not we work together.
